I’m happy overall, though not wowed. I put a 10 GB line on my dad’s phone and a 5 GB one for my mom and both have been solid — hardly any drops and decent speeds. I was skeptical after years of flaky big carriers, but this actually held up. Support was helpful when I had a billing question. Website could be clearer, but service is reliable.
Finally switched — not bad
service feels solid. The eSIM/porting process hit a few snags; had to loop in Karen and the Infi team, who actually fixed it after some back-and-forth. New number was easiest; porting felt simpler with a physical SIM. Overall pretty relieved.
Hard to trust, with one odd bright spot
I wouldn't rely on this service for moving a number. I needed a reliable SIM transfer after losing my phone and this was supposed to be the cheap fix. Setup kept failing at the 2FA step. It just would not finish, no matter how many times I tried, so I couldn't port the SIM to a new device. That was the main issue. It felt like a loop — try, fail, try again — and in the end I was stuck. On the plus side, support answered faster than I expected and actually explained what was happening (even if it didn't fix it). So that surprised me. Price was tempting, which is why I tried it, but low cost doesn't help when you can't access your number. Feels sloppy and maybe deliberate, but there was a straight human reply once I pressed them. Still: not something I'd risk for anything important.
That relief when it finally clicked
the setup was a big headache at first — I tried porting my number like six times over three months. Chat support answered fast most of the time, but a lot of the reps would just tell me to wait and wait. After 60 days I had to pay $5 to extend the grace period, which annoyed me, and at one point I even misplaced the physical SIM. Switched to eSIM for another $7 and then did about ten emails and a bunch of chats, escalations and back-and-forth. Then, finally, the QR scanned, the activation went through, and I actually felt relieved — that’s when I knew I was satisfied. Since then it’s been rock solid. Some agents know exactly what they’re doing and speed things up, others need to check around, so patience helps. Bottom line: the price is great (really noticeable savings), the service can be hit-or-miss during setup, but once it’s working I’m genuinely happy and grateful I stuck with it.
