Solid power bank and real support

I’d buy this again — the device does what it promises and their support actually helps when things go sideways. I picked up the INIU P63-E1 in February and it became my carry-everywhere for travel, long days at the office and weekend trips. First impression was good: it feels solid, a bit heavy but compact, and the build looked nicer than I expected. The 25,000 mAh kept my phone, tablet and sometimes my laptop going for days, and the 100W charging cut down wait time a lot. This year it suddenly stopped working, which was a bummer, but contacting support turned out to be easy. Karlin handled my case — asked for proof, set up the return and arranged a replacement, even upgraded me to the newer model. Shipping back the old unit was straightforward and there weren’t any annoying hoops. Small downside: it’s on the heavier side, but for the capacity I’m okay with that. All in all I’m pleased — great capacity, fair price, and customer service that actually follows through.

Melted port, polite shrug from support

I bought a two-pack of these power banks back in late 2022 and, for the most part, they worked fine — no drama during the first couple years. Then, summer 2025, my daughter noticed one of them was actually soft and starting to melt around the input port. Gross and scary. We stopped using both right away and meant to sort it out after our vacation, which seemed reasonable at the time. Of course, I let time slip and only reached out to Amazon at the end of November. Amazon said they couldn’t issue a return because of timing, but to their credit they did flag it to their safety team and passed the photos along since this could’ve been a fire hazard. They also told me to contact the manufacturer directly. So I did. The company asked for photos, then asked me to ship the unit back to their R&D so they could investigate. Sounds fair. But then they told me they wouldn’t proceed because my claim was eight days past their three‑year warranty cutoff. Eight days. For something that could have burned down a couch. I get rules exist, but I expected at least some flexibility or a safety investigation even if they couldn’t replace it. That was the real letdown — customer service felt boxy and unwilling to help. Delivery from Amazon had been smooth, and past buys from this brand were okay, which makes this sting more. I’m a bit disappointed and cautious now. Hoping they rethink handling safety reports with a little more empathy.

Almost didn’t trust it, then this happened

I was halfway through my commute when I realized the battery was actually doing what it promised — and honestly, that surprised me. A few weeks earlier I’d been pretty nervous about the BI-B41 after it ran hot on a couple charges and I nearly stopped using it. I use a power bank every day — charging my phone between meetings, topping up earbuds on the walk, even powering a hotspot on the train — so reliability matters. At first I was skeptical, kept it in a padded pocket, checked it obsessively. Then one morning I needed a quick boost before a long day of back-to-back calls and it delivered. No weird heat, no slow charging, just steady power. That’s the exact moment I felt okay with it.

Glitchy checkout, happy product in the end

a canned reply asking for proof (which I already sent) and saying they’d only credit me after delivery. That made me roll my eyes.
Then things changed. After a couple more emails, someone actually dug in, confirmed the promo glitch, and processed a refund for the discount portion — not instantly, but they did it. Meanwhile one item shipped from their Amazon storefront and the other was delayed because of warehouse routing; that part wasn’t perfect but it worked out. The battery banks themselves are great — solid build and they hold charge like champs — so that helped me stay positive even while nagged by the checkout mess.
My take: the experience started skeptical and frustrating, then tilted toward satisfied once a real person took ownership. My advice to other buyers: take screenshots, keep your video if the site acts weird, and follow up politely but persistently. I’d also like them to tighten up the checkout logic so others don’t waste time—small fix, big impact. Would I buy again? Yeah, I probably will, but with extra vigilance during checkout. Happy I stuck it out; glad the product lived up to expectations and glad they made the refund right eventually.

Small recall, mixed bag — but not a total loss

the instructions felt like an outline someone forgot to finish. A few sentences, then nothing. I emailed them a couple times and only got the same canned reply back, which repeated the same incomplete directions. Annoying, sure, but not the worst thing.
I called the number listed and at first was told the recall info was released “prematurely” — weird — and they weren’t ready for calls. A week later I called again; the message said they were overwhelmed and to use the website. That’s when the one real frustrating detail appeared: every time I tried to submit the recall form I got a “web connection error.” It wasn’t my internet — I checked other sites — so this felt like a wall. I did eventually get through to a live person on their general customer service line and they were polite and actually tried to help, which I appreciated. They confirmed my unit was part of the recall and said they’d escalate it, though they couldn’t fix the form problem on the spot.
So, two things: their recall shows responsibility and the agents I finally spoke with were decent, but the online process is clunky and the initial communication could’ve been clearer. Compared to other companies where recalls are ignored, this one at least owned up quickly — but it needs to follow through better. I’m hopeful they’ll patch the website and make refunds/processes smoother; that would turn this into a much more positive experience.

Airport lifesaver, sort of my new pocket brick

huh, this feels solid. Not toy-solid, like actually made. The finish isn't glossy show-off stuff, it's a matte, grippy shell that doesn't scream "handle with gloves" — you can toss it in a bag and feel okay about it. The weight is noticeable, in a reassuring way; it gives you the sense that there's real battery in there, not a promise. I started using it right away for back-to-back flights and the little LED indicators are easy to read — maybe a bit bright if you check it in the middle of the night, but honestly better than wondering if it's half full or empty. Charging speed matched what they claimed, which was a relief. My phone jumped up to usable levels faster than I expected, and the device itself recharged overnight without drama. After a couple weeks of daily commuting and one overpacked weekend trip, it shows only tiny scuffs where it knocked against keys. Not indestructible, but it’s clearly built for regular use. The ports are snug — none of that wobbly cable nonsense — though one of the included cables felt a bit stiff at first; loosened up after a few days. The one time I did have an issue (a small hiccup with a fast-charge mode), customer service answered quicker than I could get annoyed, walked me through some basic checks and arranged a replacement cable when needed — no long hold times, no vague corporate-speak. That part of the experience made a big difference; made me feel like they actually cared. So yeah, it's not flawless — LEDs could be dimmer, cable was stiff, and it’s not featherweight — but it works reliably, feels good in the hand, and their support is genuinely helpful. For someone who depends on their phone surviving a long day, this thing is more helper than gadget. Would I buy again? Probably. Would I recommend it to a friend? Yep, with a small heads-up about the bright LEDs.
