Shower head purchase
My experience with this new shower head was amazing! At first, I was a little hesitant to give it a try because it's made with different materials to stop limescale from building up. But Tracy's customer service was top-notch. She answered all my questions through email and even gave me a call, which doesn't happen often these days. The shower head itself went beyond what I expected, and I can't praise it enough. After using it, my skin feels so refreshed and renewed. I'm really happy with my purchase.
Water filter replacement
I just had a problem with my water filter and contacted customer service for help. I was really happy to see how fast they got back to me and quickly shipped out a new filter. They kept me in the loop the whole time with updates on my replacement filter. I'm really satisfied with the great customer service I got.
Faulty Packaging
I got my order from this company recently and it was a huge letdown. The box it came in looked like it went through a rough time, all beat up and stuff. And to top it off, the bottle inside was wrapped up recklessly in bubble wrap, and the filter package was already opened and just thrown back in like it didn't matter. It's pretty shocking to get something in that kind of condition, especially when I thought this website was legit. Now I'm stuck dealing with the hassle of trying to get my money back, feeling like I wasted my time and energy on this purchase.
Used bottles
I just bought some bottles from this company and man, I was super bummed out by how beat up the packaging was. The box it came in was all messed up and looked like it had been opened already. Plus, the seal on the actual bottles was broken too. It looked like someone else had already tried to close it back up, which made me kinda nervous about the quality of the product. I ended up sending it back, but it's a real bummer to think that they might be selling used stuff at full price.
