Julep: A Satisfactory Beauty Brand
I recently tried out the Julep beauty company and overall, I was pretty satisfied with my experience. I came across the brand through a Google search and decided to give it a try since they seemed to have a wide range of products and good reviews.
One thing I really appreciated about Julep is that their website is easy to navigate and browse through. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for without too much difficulty. I ended up purchasing a few skincare items and a couple of nail polishes.
The delivery process was smooth and my order arrived within the estimated timeframe. The packaging was also really cute and well done - it definitely added to the overall experience.
As for the quality of the products themselves, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. The skincare items I purchased all had a nice, lightweight texture and left my skin feeling soft and nourished. The nail polishes went on smoothly and had great pigmentation.
Overall, I had a good experience with Julep and would definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future. The only downside was that they don't have any physical stores, so I wasn't able to try out any products in person before making a purchase. However, the convenience of being able to shop online made up for it.Overpriced polishes, poor customer service
I was really bummed by my experience at that place. I thought I was signing up for the subscription, but it didn't give me the chance to skip or pick my box, and then got stuck with a charge for a box that wasn't even what I wanted. I tried emailing them a few times over five days, but didn't hear back at all.
