Quick delivery, stunning jewelry, custom request perfectly executed
This was definitely the best purchase I've made in a long time. I got my order super quick, and the jewelry was just gorgeous. It looked exactly like it did in the photos on their website, which was a great surprise. And they even fulfilled the custom request I left in the note with my order. They pay attention to detail for sure! I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

Bulky cancellation process
I never realized cancelling a razor blade subscription would be so frustrating. I mean, calling a hotline, giving them a ton of info, and then waiting forever for them to even process my request? It's crazy. All for some stupid razor blades. I could've shaved my head in the time I wasted dealing with this.

Overpriced polishes, poor customer service
I was really bummed by my experience at that place. I thought I was signing up for the subscription, but it didn't give me the chance to skip or pick my box, and then got stuck with a charge for a box that wasn't even what I wanted. I tried emailing them a few times over five days, but didn't hear back at all.
