Need some attention Jutfab..Though I had member of ninteen dollars for 2 pair shoes for kids.I had already booked .Later I understand what descriptions I read in your introductory that was different and when visited your website opened by name fabKids and this purchase or booking whatever it was ,not usual shopping.
Anyhow better I received booked items later but my concern is not only captioned name rather website doesn't looks part of JustFab.
If offer is of fabKids,it is ok but full description should be at facing page.

Even though I've been a loyal customer for a long time, I recently had to make my final purchase from this company because of money issues. I've built up a great collection of shoes and boots from them over the years, but unfortunately, it's time to move on. I've been a member for more than twenty years, and I've always loved the quality and style of their products. But now that I'm on a fixed income, I just can't afford to keep up my membership. It's sad to say goodbye, but I'll always treasure the things I've bought and the memories I've made as a customer.

Use of promotional gift card
I was pretty bummed out recently when I tried to use a promo gift card for a $10 discount. I got all excited after seeing the promo message, but when I tried to use it at checkout, nothing came off my total. I kept trying, but the darn gift card just wouldn't work. It made me pretty upset and made me feel like I was tricked by the false promo. It's really disappointing to deal with stuff like this when all I wanted was a simple and rewarding shopping experience.
