Robot toy
I bought a robot toy online, hoping to get it before Christmas. The website said it would arrive by Christmas if I ordered by December 10th. I placed my order on December 9th but didn't get the toy until after Christmas. I had to buy another gift for my kid, which was a bummer. Plus, I wish they had mentioned it was coming from overseas.
Loona toy
I bought this Loona toy and it started having problems after only a month. I've been trying to reach out to customer service through emails, but I haven't gotten any response. They don't even have a phone number to call for help. I'm worried about not hearing anything back about getting my money back. It feels like their customer service just isn't there. The toy was pricey and the support has been disappointing.
