Halfway through I feared my funds were gone — hesitated to reach out, but COVSECLTD fixed the frozen account and unlocked withdrawals. Recommend, cautiously.
Key hiccup handled
solid, really relieved
Quietly reliable
I tried it last month. Was pleasantly surprised — feels solid in hand, easy to use, quick setup, keeps working like promised, no fuss, kind of impressive.
Region surprise, support silence
I bought a key and only noticed region stuff after checkout — annoying. Tried support, got a reply but no follow-up, so I felt stuck. It works for weekend play when it does, but process left me wary.
Trust issues with keys
Skip this seller, I received invalid keys and support kept deflecting. I bought two keys during a weekend sale last month; the first one didn't work, support sent excuses, second activated after a day of back-and-forth. Oddly, one follow-up email fixed it.
Fast, solid keys
Laptop crashed so I needed Windows 11 and Office 2021 fast; keys arrived immediately, activated fine. Paid with PayPal — site was straightforward, no fuss at all.
Relieved but wary
not great, but not a total loss. A buddy tipped me and I saw the link in his DM. I got an email and password that didn’t work. Support dragged their feet and PayPal shrugged. My friend pushed and I got some cash back, so I’m relieved.
Nice find, watch the currency
product was nicer than expected and arrived fast, but my currency got switched so it cost more and support didn't fix it. Double-check currency.
Small fee, big problem
I was hesitant at checkout. The extra $16 service fee caught me off guard, and that started the doubts. The key they sent wouldn't work. Support half-tried to help, then just said it won't work for me and closed the case. No refund. So yeah, my worries didn't disappear. I'd tell others to be careful, or ask more questions first, before buying.
Could've been smoother
Not great, though it worked overall. I needed two copies fast for a friend and me, but you can't add or see merchant reviews, which feels sketchy. One code got auto-sniped right after I paid so refund wasn't possible. Site's usable but they don't seem to care about customers' feedback or protection — I'll be cautious next time.
Practical and effective
Funny thing, after getting burned by other outfits, these folks were straightforward. They asked good questions, laid out a plan that actually delivered, and stayed in touch without fluff. It wasn't flashy, just reliable — my funds were returned and the timing was reasonable. Customer service was clear and practical, which I appreciated.
Skeptical at first
messy instructions, but the key arrived and worked. I did call support once and waited longer than I'd like, but they fixed it. So yeah, relief — not perfect, but happy it worked out.
Almost walked away
I was already halfway convinced to skip it after the cancellation — seeing the same key relisted for much more rubbed me the wrong way. Customer support managed to sort the access quickly, though, and in the end the key worked fine, so my main worry eased. Still, the price change felt shady; I’d advise checking listings closely and asking for clarification before you buy online today.
Almost wrote it off, then...
Making coffee I checked my account and thought, here we go again — sketchy charges, sigh. I use this site for quick game add-ons and weekend deals, so I panicked. Customer support was slow and not great at first, I won't lie, but after a couple messages they actually fixed the charge and gave a credit. I stayed skeptical the whole time, but when that hit I felt okay, really.
Weird refund saga
I needed two license keys for a rushed project and was stressed, so it sucked when they were invalid. Support dragged things out — 30 messages over a month — and first offered a tiny 50¢ refund for $3 of keys. After more nagging they finally bumped it to $1, which I accepted to move on. I'm oddly glad it ended with at least some resolution.
Key worked, support didn't
I'd be cautious — Kinguin sold me a Windows 11 Pro key that worked fine until it suddenly stopped activating after about a year, and their support basically gave me a hard no. I opened a ticket, they said it's past the one-year window, so nothing they can do. Annoying, but I'm actually relieved it wasn't a disaster — I found another seller and replaced it. Price and delivery were good, but support disappointed. So yeah, mixed feelings.
Bad key, still waiting
I was on the fence before buying the Iceborne DLC — the listing said it wasn't region locked but that sounded optimistic, so I hesitated. The base Monster Hunter from Kinguin came through fine, so I went ahead. The DLC key, though, errors out saying it's not available in my region. I contacted the seller and still no reply; I'm dealing with support now. Happy the main game works, but this part is still unresolved.
Junk key, friendly con artists
I was wary from the start — needed a digital key for a move after a previous terrible online buy, so I was already suspicious. Figured I'd try once more, big mistake. Got a key that was clearly used, no refund, support ghosted me, and they even kept my payment, of course. It's almost funny if you're into dark humor — laugh, repeat. Won't buy here again, lesson learned.
Sketchy start, ended okay
I bought a Mac Office key because I needed it for day-to-day work—slides, quick edits, the usual home office grind. At first the key was already claimed, probably by the merchant, and I couldn't activate it, and customer support dragged its feet for about ten days and at first seemed to say it was my problem. Shipping/delivery info was messy too. Still, after a few back-and-forths they did sort it out, so I'm wary but ultimately relieved. Won't be as carefree next time though.
Relief when the refund finally showed up
follow up, be persistent.
