385$ in swimmsuits and shippment
I ordered some swimmsuits since the 19 of January and yet I haven receive a tracking number or any thing else , I don't know if my order were shipped or what I'm still waiting, I have paid 384$ .I kept writing and sending emails and response your customer service is poor , I need some info about my order
I spent $127 and my order wasn't right
This person that answer their emails has a problem with understanding a simple problem, I order 5 outfits and they sent me 3 I emailed them about my order being short I emailed them several more times at this point I'm tried of emailing them and getting the same response my order it on its way I emailed again asking for the tracking number for the 2 outfits I'm missing and this person Carly send me the tracking number of the package I already received a this point I decided to let it go and never order from them again China get your stuff together. If you want your order correct buy from some one else.
I ordered Jan 20 and I haven't received my outfit yet what's the problem?
It's been over a month since I've ordered 5 dresses and 5 tops in two separate orders and I still heven't recevied anything....
I'm really disappointed, if not receied by week end I will contact my credit card company to ask for the charges to be reversed, since I've paid over 400.00$

i placed my order on December the 22. Got a confirmation email the same night! I know it has been the holidays and i so understand that but what i don't understand is why you send me a fake tracking number saying usps has my package so when i get on the phone with them they tell me they haven't received or scanned my package in yet! so i am blowing the four customer service people up on WhatsApp! Than when i ask for a refund now no one can answer! so ummm yeah this website is a scam or is bad business. And i am going to report them to the BBB because this don't make any sense for them to take your money and than don't send you your shit! Ummm no love my money is nothing to be played around with! i have three little girls to take care and a business to run and yall messing up my money!!

I think I've been scammed. I ordered June 10, 2020 its now July 11, 2020. I've been given 2 different tracking numbers. I requested a refund just to keep getting the run around. I don't take kindly to giving my money away.

Clothes
I ordered from this company and only received 2 of the 4 items I purchased. The 2 items that they sent were not correct. I emailed them about it they told me to sale or keep the items I received. Ok but what about the items I did not received but paid for? I emailed them several times and I have yet to receive a refund for the items I did not get? They have yet to respond and try to give me the shipping info of the items I received (which were incorrect) I will never order from here again. The only reason why they have 2 stars is bc the site wouldn’t allow me to click 1 star
Research before you order
I placed an order on May3, 2020. I still have not received my order. I have not even received a shipping number. When I contact them, the say that my order is being perfectly prepared. When I ask for a refund they do not respond. I will be contacting my bank and requesting they cancel the charge.
