Haven't received my package and very upset l paid my money

I’m very upset about my clothes I ordered Jan 9..I work to hard for my money to get scammed it should not take this long to get my order and I paid a shipping fee I will never or from y’all again send me my order or put my money back on my card ????????‍♀️

I paid 193 dollars they took the payment and sent confirmation saying they received it then sent me another email saying I need to complete the payment because they haven’t received my payment yet my card was charged and they sent a confirmation email everytime I try to email they keep saying reach out to me bank this dot is a SCAM .. Don’t shop with them !

I ordered June of 2020 for an outfit for my sons birthday and my birthday. Here we are almost into February of 2021 and still nothing. The keep telling me to check with the post office but the tracking number is too long for them to track. I just want my money back since I dont have the merchandise.
