I recently splurged on a new fancy china set to add to my collection. I dropped $3000 on a bunch of stuff and then got a notice that my order got axed. Apparently, they're picky about who they sell to and said they can cancel orders whenever they feel like it. When I reached out to customer service to figure out what was going on, they gave me the same runaround about needing approval for orders. It was super annoying and now I'd tell other folks to be careful about buying from this store.

I bought a set of glassware from this company recently, and it was a total nightmare. The website was a mess to navigate, especially when I tried to enter my US address as a Canadian customer. Their chat support was never available, and when I called, I either got no response or was told I'd get a call back that never happened. It felt like they didn't want any customers, especially Canadian ones. The customer service was terrible, which made the whole thing super frustrating. Needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.
Lenox: Just Okay
As an avid fan of fine china and tabletop accessories, Lenox has always been a go-to brand for me. I have several pieces from their collections and have always been impressed with the quality and craftsmanship.
One thing I particularly appreciate about Lenox is their attention to detail. The pieces are also durable and have held up well over time, even with frequent use.
