    My recent purchase at Lisa Says Gah can be summarized as 'stylish and cute.'

    The stuff they have at Lisa Says Gah is seriously stunning. I thought everything was super stylish and really well-made. I noticed all the little details put into each piece, which I loved. But I gotta agree with others who said the prices are kinda steep. It would be great to have some more budget-friendly options for different folks.

    I had this problem with a stain on the pants I bought, but the customer service folks were amazing. They were so nice and sent me a new pair of pants right away, no questions asked.     The stuff I bought from this company was way off in terms of size. And on top of that, the stuff they said they had on their website wasn't actually in stock. I tried to swap some things out and figure out what they had, but it was a real headache trying to get the right info. The customer service was pretty much nonexistent - my emails went unanswered and they were all confused about what they had. And then to top it all off, the shipping and delivery was a mess. I paid for 2-day Express shipping for an event, but the package didn't show up until a week later and it was all wet. It took me two whole months to finally get my money back from them. I'd definitely tell others to think twice before dealing with them.

    I really wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered. I placed my order on December 11th, and even though the website said it was shipped on the 15th, it never actually got to UPS. I've tried reaching out to customer service through online chat and email, but it seems like no one is there to help. I'm starting to wonder if my order will ever show up or if I should just dispute the charge with my credit card. It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on and not getting clear information. I'm really disappointed in the customer service experience.

    Slow Shipping and Lack of Communication

    I ordered something online and waited for two whole weeks with no shipping updates. I reached out to ask about my order, but got no response. I was getting pretty annoyed with the lack of info and the delay, so I just decided to cancel my order. But then, out of nowhere, the very next day I got an email saying my order was already on the way. This whole situation with no communication and the shipping updates being all over the place is just not cool. I'm definitely going to think twice before buying anything from them again.

    Online purchase with no customer service response

    I had a really bad experience with this online store. I sent them a bunch of emails and even tried reaching out on Instagram, but got no response at all. I waited two weeks to hear back about my order, and finally got an email saying it had shipped. But then two weeks later, I got another email saying it had been canceled. It's pretty obvious they never planned on sending it to me. This company charges a lot for their stuff, so the fact that they can't even communicate properly or follow through is just not okay. I suggest you find somewhere else to shop and save yourself the headache.

    I ordered two pairs of shoes on November 22nd and still haven't heard anything about when they'll be shipped. I've tried contacting customer service through email and Instagram, but it's like they're ghosting me. I have some upcoming trips planned and I just need to know if my shoes will get here on time or if I should cancel my order. I love supporting small businesses, but this kind of experience makes it tough.
