After my favorite T-CJ12 TrackMan Marble FX trackball finally kicked the bucket after a good 10 years, I had to hunt for a replacement since my new laptop didn't have a PS/2 port. I tried hooking it up with a USB converter, but no dice. So I ended up caving and getting the Trackman FX T-RA17 from the same company. It's pretty ergonomic, almost like my old faithful. But man, it keeps dropping the connection with Windows 11 Pro at the worst times, which drives me nuts. It's a real bummer that they stopped making the T-CJ12 - that baby was hands down the best trackball ever created.
Warranty claim success
I snagged a keyboard from this company a couple years back, and after 2.5 years it started acting funky. I hit up their customer service, told them what was going on, and they hooked me up with a shiny new keyboard under the warranty. Since then, I've also picked up a mouse, speakers, and a mic from them, and they all work like a dream - plus, they sync up together super easily.
Keyboard and Mouse Bundle
I bought a keyboard and mouse set from your website, hoping for a quick and smooth delivery. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. Even though I was told I'd get free 1-2 day shipping, I didn't hear anything all weekend after ordering on a Friday. When I contacted Customer Support on Sunday, they gave me vague answers about delays that they said were beyond their control. The lack of updates about my delivery was really frustrating and seemed unprofessional. I can't wrap my head around why a company like yours can't give accurate shipping info to customers who have spent a good chunk of change on your stuff.
G-Pro Wheel and Pedal bundle
I ordered a G-Pro Wheel and Pedal bundle from the company's website. The website said they were both in stock and would arrive in 1-2 days. The wheel came on time after 2 days, but the pedals were missing. When I tried to reach out through chat support, they said the pedals would be sent out in 1-2 days. After waiting 3 days with no updates, I contacted them again and was told there was a backlog of orders, but they should be sent soon. A day passed with no news, so I checked the website and saw that the pedals were now out of stock with no restock date. After chatting again, they said they might get more in the following week and I waited some more. Finally, I got an email saying the pedals had been canceled in my order. Luckily, I was only charged for the wheel, so I didn't have to go through the hassle of getting a refund. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
Simple headset order
I bought a basic headset online last Saturday and picked the 2-3 day delivery. But by the next Tuesday, my order was still being processed. I contacted customer support for help, but they were not helpful and talked down to me. It was a frustrating experience, so I won't be buying from this company again.
LOGITECH mouse and keyboards are the best
i have used Logitech for years, earlier when i used to have a desktop. it is one of the best premium computer appliances and equipment brand with reasonable prices. That's the best about it.
I have recently bought logitech wireless mouse and keyboard. the built, the features,warranty - everything is good.
the price comparatively was better than other brands, surpirsingly even some well-known brands.
