Phone case purchase
I gotta say, I take quality and functionality seriously, and let me tell you, the phone case I recently bought totally blew my mind. I have been a customer of LuMee for over a year now and I couldn't be happier with their products and customer service. I first discovered their phone cases with built-in lights through a friend's Instagram post and immediately knew I had to have one.

Case and ring support purchase
The case and ring support I bought were a total waste of money. The case was useless, so I contacted customer service for assistance. They sent me a new case, but it still didn't work right. I have to charge it every couple of days, even though I barely use it. The ring support was made of cheap material, and the rubber around it fell apart quickly. I'm really let down by the product and the money I wasted on it.
Essential lighting, but scratches easily
This case is essential if you're all about that good selfie lighting, but let me tell you, it gets scratched up way too easily. The lighting itself is top-notch, way better than those cheap knockoffs you see on other sites. But the durability? Not so great, especially for the price you're paying. Glitzy light-up phone case
I recently bought this super flashy light-up phone case, thinking it would give my phone a little extra pizazz. But man, was I let down by how big and heavy it was! After using it for just a few days, I realized it was super uncomfortable for my wrist and way too big for my tiny hands. On top of that, the thing would get scratched up crazy easily, even if I handled it with care. And to make matters worse, the left side of the light would flicker every now and then, like it was on the fritz. When I tried getting a refund or exchanging it, the customer service was a total nightmare - super unhelpful and defensive. It just left me feeling totally annoyed and bummed out that I wasted my money on such a crummy product. So yeah, I was stuck with this messed up, uncomfortable case that didn't even come close to the fancy look they advertised.
New phone case
I got this new phone case with lights around it, and let me tell you, it was so cool at first! But now, after just a few times using it, the lights got super dim. I've tried three different cases from them already, and they all ended up having the same issue. Never buying from them again! Just really bummed out about it.
