Bras with underwire issue
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for years and their bras have always been super comfortable and great for my sensitive skin. Most of the time, the fit is pretty good, but lately I've had a problem with some new bras I bought. The underwires keep popping out and poking me, even though I haven't worn them much. It's really annoying to have underwires sticking out in the front and under my arm, making the bras really uncomfortable to wear. I think there's a big problem with how they're making these bras now, because I've never had this issue before. I hope they fix this problem and make sure to reinforce the stitching in those areas to stop it from happening again.
Fastest delivery ever
Oh my gosh, seriously, I ordered something online and it came super fast! They wrapped it up really nicely and it came in two packages. I called customer service and they told me it would ship soon, and it totally did! It arrived the same day, so fast! I was so excited when it came, like YAAAS! I've never seen anything ship that quickly before, especially during... you know... the big C word (can't say it 'cause it's bad luck).
Refund delay
I went back to this store back in April 2022 and up to now, still haven't seen that refund they promised. It's June already and I've had to call them several times, only to be told a different date each time. Dealing with all this has been such a waste of time and really irritating. I think I'm done with this store, definitely won't be ordering from them again after this mess.
pure comfort bras
After buying 9 of these bras for $57.60 each and then seeing an ad for under $30 each for the same ..., I feel super taken advantage of and treated poorly as a repeat customer. I love these bras but seriously, just how wrong is that kind of pricing scam. Will rethink buying anything else from your company. Shame on you!
Unreliable customer service
I recently bought something from this company for the first time, and man, it was a mess. It's been nine days and my order is still just sitting there being processed, not moving anywhere. I tried to contact their customer service to get some answers, but the phone number they gave me wasn't working for days. It's crazy that I can't even cancel my order when nothing is happening with it. And their return policy? Forget about it - it takes 6 weeks for a return to go through if something doesn't fit. I understand things are slow right now because of COVID, but that's no reason for such bad service and no communication. I'm definitely not going to spend my money with them again.
Briefs purchase
I bought some briefs from this company and man, they were terrible. I wore them once or washed them, and every single pair ended up ripping. It was such a letdown. I wouldn't recommend buying them at all.
Underwear purchase
I just bought a bunch of underwear and man, I gotta say I was pretty bummed out by the whole thing. They seriously went overboard with all the plastic packaging. It was like each pair of undies had its own giant plastic bag, and then they were all thrown into this huge shipping bag that was way too big. That amount of plastic waste is just not cool, you know? It's like they didn't even think about the environment at all.
Online lingerie purchase
I decided to try out this brand because I was getting tired of the low-quality stuff from Amazon. So, I went ahead and placed an order on their website, all hyped up to get some new undergarments. But man, when my package showed up, I was super let down. They didn't include a packing slip or an invoice, and I didn't even get an email receipt for my order. I got so frustrated that I tried to log in to their website to check on my order, but I ran into problems with their login system. It was such a hassle that I ended up wasting a bunch of time trying to get a hold of their customer service for some help. Overall, my experience with them was a major disappointment, and there's no way I'm ordering from them ever again.
