Wooden cabinet makes it more powerful and sound base is mind blowing.Again three months back I bought headphone Major IV ,just imagine its continue playing 80 hours and more on one recharge , just fantastic,I love all products of Marshal.Speaker repair, Woburn 2 offered
I was really excited to have Alex and Ian help me out when my speaker broke. They were really cool and helped me send it in for repairs. Unfortunately, they didn't have the parts to fix it, but they offered me a refurbished Woburn 2 instead. I only had to pay for the shipping, which was really awesome of them. I now have about 8 Marshall products and they all sound amazing! Marshall has been in the game for a long time and their new stuff is just as great. Definitely take a look at Marshall online or at Best Buy, you won't regret it!
Outstanding headphones and customer support
The headphones I bought are awesome, they have really great sound quality for the price. I like that they have a one-button control that is super easy to use. The only problem I had was a little sizzle noise during long phone calls. But, when I reached out to customer support, they were so quick and friendly! They worked hard to fix the issue and ended up sending me a replacement pair. Their customer service was really amazing. I'm definitely sticking with this brand for all my future purchases.
Left earbud stopped working
The dang left earbud on my headphones just quit on me outta nowhere! Hadn't even had 'em for that long. So, I hit up customer service and lo and behold, they were super quick and helpful. They had me try a few things to fix it, but when that didn't work, they sent me a new pair right away. It was easy peasy, no fuss at all, and I really liked how straight to the point they were. Gotta say, I was pretty dang impressed with both the headphones and the customer service.
Portable speaker for classical music lovers
The sound from this little speaker is so good, especially for people like me who really love classical music. I mostly use it in my office, and I have to say, I'm very happy with how great my music sounds coming out of this small two-speaker box. The design is really well-made, and the customer service was amazing. I definitely think this portable speaker is perfect for anyone who wants a small, top-quality audio experience.
Wireless headphones
I've been a supporter of this brand for a while now, but I had a really bad experience with their customer service recently. The automated responses I got didn't help at all, they were just generic and unhelpful. I was close to calling it quits after being loyal for ten years. It was annoying to feel like I was just another customer to them. But then Sherri from customer support stepped in and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. So glad she was there to help out.
Brand-o headphones
Man, I just gotta say, I snagged these headphones and they're absolutely killer! The sound quality is off the charts and they're sleek as can be. On top of that, the customer service was top-notch. They were super communicative and really went above and beyond to find what I needed. I'd 100% suggest these headphones and this shop to anyone, no matter where they normally shop. They seriously know their stuff and are always ready to lend a hand!

The customer service at Marshall Headphones is really impressive. I had some problems with the deals I got, but Pam, the representative, really went above and beyond to fix everything. I already love my Emberton and Woburn headphones, and now I can't wait to get the Woburn 3. It would be great if they could offer these deals to customers outside of France too.
Got my new headphones
Just got some new headphones after dealing with a bad pair for way too long. The Marshall IVs are so good - they totally block out any background noise, perfect for when I'm jamming out to music. Only downside is they're not the best for online meetings. Thinking about getting another pair for my husband because I'm obsessed with them!
Major IV headphones
The Major IV headphones have totally blown me away with how awesome they sound. I mean, seriously, they sound amazing, especially for how small they are. And can we talk about the battery life? It's like it goes on forever. Plus, the controls on the knob are super easy to use and just make the whole experience even better.
Wireless headphones purchase
The wireless headphones I bought are amazing! I've never had headphones this good before. The sound quality is outstanding, and the battery life is seriously impressive. Plus, they're so comfortable, even if I wear them for a long time. I'm really happy with my purchase.
Stanmore II purchase on Black Friday
The sound on that Stanmore II I bought on Black Friday is just top-notch! Snagged it at a nice discount and I'm thrilled with it. But, I hit a little snag with the delivery address. Annoyingly, you can't fix any errors once your order's in, which was a real headache.
Minor III earphones
The customer service at this place is amazing! I had a problem with my Minor III earphones and the staff really went the extra mile to help me out. They kept me updated throughout, despite a delay, and managed to fix the issue in the end. Now that's what I call top-notch service!
