accurate product, affordable shipping
I recently bought something from Max Warehouse and it was exactly what I wanted. They did a great job getting my order right and it's obvious they know their stuff. Plus, the shipping was fast and didn't break the bank, which was nice. I'm happy with how everything turned out and with the product itself.
Pump with inadequate shipping packaging
The shipping container my pump came in was a total disaster. The pump got all loose from the wooden base it was bolted to, and just started bouncing around in there, messing up the outside. Now I'm worried there might be some damage inside that I won't see until I try to turn it on. It's so irritating to think that better packaging could have avoided all this.

Good price compared to Amazon. However, at least with Amazon when they say two to three days that's when I get my product. Paid extra to have product delivered in 2-3 days. By the time I get the product if I do, it will be a full week for delivery:(
