Suit purchase
I gotta tell ya, my recent shopping experience there was a total disaster. They took my order for a suit they didn't even have, and then had the nerve to say it was on its way. I was left waiting weeks for a suit that finally arrived in the wrong size! It was just a complete mess, and you can bet I won't be back.
Pants too big
The pants I bought were way too big and didn't even have a tag on them. When I tried to return them, they said I should alter the pants instead of getting a refund. That's not cool!
Attempted to buy a suit online
Man, I gotta tell you about this suit I ordered online - it was a complete nightmare. I didn't bother checking the reviews beforehand (my fault) and now I'm seriously regretting it. I couldn't even track my order, and when I tried calling them, nobody answered for like 6 weeks. I was freaking out, but luckily my credit card company came through and got me a refund. Seriously, steer clear of that place, it's the worst!
New suit purchase
So, I recently bought a new suit from this place and man, it was a disaster. They had this suit online at a low price that looked awesome, but when it actually showed up, it was a completely different suit! And then they ended up doing it twice! To top it off, they tried to play it off by cutting the tags and slapping on some fake ones. How sneaky can you get? It's crazy to me that they're still in business. Turns out, I'm not the only one who got scammed by them. I should have done my homework and checked out the reviews first, but you'd expect better from an American company. I'm definitely filing a report with the BBB and anyone else I can think of about their sketchy practices.
Ordered a tuxedo
Yeah, so we ordered this tuxedo from a store and it was supposed to be this fancy light grey one from a designer, but when it arrived, it was just some random medium grey tuxedo. We asked them to cover the return shipping because it was their mistake, but this lady named Andrea wouldn't admit they were wrong. Now we're stuck battling our credit card company to get our money back. Seriously, don't bother buying from here, they're totally shady!
Blazer, shoes, and suit purchase
I just got a couple of blazers, some shoes, and a suit from this place and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the whole thing. I made sure to ask for overnight shipping because I needed the stuff right away. Even though the website said everything was good to go, I only got one blazer the next day. When I asked about the rest, I found out they weren't even in stock and would be shipped from somewhere else later on. It was annoying having the wrong info and not knowing what was going on. I'd be careful about buying stuff online from this place.

One of the biggest store of US for coats and blazers .
Booked one leather jacket from here first time and delivered two days late then it schedule time.
But this is not my concerned ,all shops and customers are facing delivery delays due to known reasons.
But when I received my parcel ,well packed
It was greater then I saw on site.A mango color,soft touch bomber style ,removal inside lining , two side jackets for extra cool days.
Leather quality giving strength and hope this will go long lasting.Prices are quite affordable.
Really this is very big store especially I liked for winters.Hope i can collect some more jackets and blazers soon.
