Wrong size product, quick delivery, easy return process
The service I got was really great, even though I messed up and ordered the wrong size. I got my delivery super quick, and returning it was easy. I got my refund right away, and the replacement I ordered came in just 3 days. I was really impressed with how smoothly everything went.
Spare part for my electric bike
I needed a part for my electric bike and Merlin had it in stock at a great price. They sent it out super fast and when it got here, it was in perfect shape. Thanks to Merlin, I was back on my bike in a flash. This isn't my first run-in with Merlin, they always nail it for me.

Products are quite as descriptions seen before buying them.Cycle price was at higher side for me but as already planned This couldn't cancelled.
