    Wedding gift ordered on July 1

    I bought a wedding gift on July 1st, and they told me it would ship in 3 weeks. But when I reached out in late July, they said it was still being made. I tried contacting them again, but didn't get a response. I couldn't find a phone number on their website either. So now I'm stuck without the gift and they already have my money.

    I ordered this metal wall art forever ago, but it's nowhere to be found! I've been sending them emails left and right, but they only got back to me once just to apologize. Apparently, the new owner is sketchy, and their warehouse isn't even open anymore. Luckily, my credit card company is refunding me. Definitely steer clear of buying from them, they're definitely closed for good!

    Personalized metal sign purchase

    My experience with Metal Unlimited was pretty disappointing. I bought a personalized metal sign from them, and even though they said it would arrive in 5-7 business days, it actually took several weeks. Their customer service was subpar - they took forever to get back to me and the product quality was a letdown. Right now, I'm stuck in a waiting game with them, not knowing when this mess will get sorted out.

    Metal sign purchase

    I ordered this really awesome metal sign like six weeks ago, and I still haven't received it yet! I called them, but all I got was a voicemail telling me to email them. So, I sent them a bunch of emails, and they finally got back to me, saying my sign was almost ready to be shipped. But here we are, weeks later and still no sign or any update via email! So crazy that they have my money and I don't have my sign. It's so frustrating!

    Metal wall art purchase

    My experience with this company was super frustrating. I bought some metal wall art with a Groupon, but when I went to pay, the Groupon didn't work and instead, it used a first-time welcome code automatically. It was so annoying because I wanted to use my Groupon. I contacted customer service to fix it, and they said they would give me a refund. Even though I got an email saying the refund was coming, it never showed up. This company really messed up and I felt like I got ripped off. I'm never using them again and I suggest you stay away too to avoid wasting your time and dealing with unnecessary frustration.

    I gotta say, I am super annoyed with the way this company is handling things right now! I ordered 4 ornaments over a month ago, and I still haven't heard anything about when they're shipping. I've sent a bunch of emails asking for updates, but I haven't gotten a single reply. And when I called customer service, they just told me to email again. It's so frustrating to be left in the dark like this. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    Custom metal sign purchase

    I got this metal sign as a gift, but there was a mistake with one number that needed changing, from a 9 to an 8. I was totally surprised when I asked if I could pay to fix it, and they said no. Seriously, is it that hard to make a simple change, or do you like to crush gift-givers' spirits? So now, sadly, the sign is going in the garbage because it has the wrong date. I'm really disappointed with how inflexible and unhelpful this company's customer service is, and I wouldn't suggest anyone use them.

    personalized clock for a client

    The product is beautiful IF YOU CAN GET IT. I am a broker and I have been buying these for my clients. One clock came without the guts... they picked up the phone and sent to me about ONE MONTH LATER.

    ANOTHER order DIDN'T GET THERE FOR 3 MONTHS!!!

    The newest order NOT RECEIVED. Not only that I can't get anyone on the phone. I can't get them to respond to emails.. so not only does my client not get the gift... BUT I AM OUT 139 dollars. So very unhappy. Don't buy it!!! or rather don't buy it from them!
