Superb performance
I lost my bottle on my last trip.
So i was looking for something similar but i ended up trying new things. This time i bought this wine bottle 750 ml , alright the only reason i wanted to buy this because the bottle look so good! i mean its so attractive. I love the black matt color. And the sleek design is a killer.
But after i bought it , i came to know that its actually a good deal
The bottle has a leak-free design and does not sweat. This is what i wanted! I hate when the bottles started to get slippery due to sweat. and i don't want my bag floating due to leakage
The water stays cold for around 24 hours or more. Also, there is no weird taste or after taste.Rusty mug
My mug started to turn brown and lose its finish after just a few months, even though I made sure to hand wash it like the instructions said. I tried emailing customer support three times, but never heard back from them at all. I'm pretty disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I definitely won't be purchasing anything from them in the future. I recommend steering clear.
Stainless steel water bottle
I just bought a stainless steel water bottle from this company, but when it came, I found out it was actually used and had a big scratch on it. I was pretty bummed about the quality of the product. But I have to give them credit, they were super quick to respond when I reached out with my complaint. I left a review mentioning the problem, and they wasted no time giving me a refund for the messed-up item.
