Weird little experience — I ordered a replacement blender jar I use every morning, and after being told I'd get an email confirmation within 48 hours, nothing showed up. I emailed them and they said they canceled my order because of "order volume." Fine, but their site is still taking orders and even has placeholder contact details. It left me without the part for a week, so I had to improvise breakfast. I'm relieved it wasn't charged, but the whole thing felt sloppy.
Strange catch — heads up
I'd skip this seller — but I'm oddly glad I caught it early. I paid the first week's installment and got an approval email (their emails were surprisingly quick), so I expected a tracking number by Jan 12. Nothing showed up; they kept saying it was "coming soon". Today they emailed that my order was cancelled for a "second payment failure" — weird because I never received the phone and delivery was supposed to be 1–2 business days. I called DPD and they had no parcel at my address. My advice: use a card you can dispute and call the carrier if anything feels off.
The one where I finally laughed it off
UPS lost the package, a claim was paid out to somebody, and I didn’t see a dime. For weeks I was doing the thing nobody wants to do — calling, emailing, refreshing a website that kept dying, trying to log into an account that, surprise, had been deleted. I used that phone every day for dumb stuff — recipes, timers, a million voice memos about errands — so losing it was annoying and, yeah, inconvenient. I chased them from October through the winter, talking to anyone who would pick up or pretending a number worked when it clearly didn’t. I even have a folder of unanswered emails now. Ridiculous.
What made me feel oddly satisfied wasn’t getting paid by them — that never happened — it was the moment I stopped letting it wreck my evenings. One afternoon I was mid-soup recipe, phone-less, and for some reason I laughed. I thought, okay, lesson learned: don’t trust a disappearing website, keep tracking numbers, and maybe don’t sell something on a bad Friday. I ordered a cheap interim phone, canceled the little hope I’d keep chasing a ghost, and felt lighter. Not happy about the money lost, no, but satisfied that I reclaimed my time and stopped refreshing a dead support chat.
So yeah, avoid them if you can. But also, small victory: I stopped letting it run my life, and that felt worth something.
