Paint by Numbers kit purchase
When I bought a Paint by Numbers kit not too long ago, I was pretty impressed by the quality of the canvas and paints that came with it. The numbers were easy to see, so it was a breeze to make this gorgeous masterpiece. The kit also came with some top-notch brushes that really stepped up my painting game and made the whole thing so much more enjoyable. Painting by numbers turned out to be super calming and therapeutic, just what I needed to de-stress. I'd totally suggest this product to anyone wanting a fun creative outlet or a way to chill out after a tough day.
4 paint by numbers
Oh my gosh, you won't believe it! I ordered these 4 awesome paint by numbers back on April 23rd and they just showed up yesterday, on August 13th! One of them was extra special because it was a custom one from a picture I sent in, and it turned out absolutely amazing. I was actually starting to get a little worried that they might never show up, but I guess it's just the whole pandemic situation slowing things down. Just gotta be patient, I suppose!
Paint by Numbers kit
The Paint by Numbers kit I got was really good quality and the canvas was easy to paint on. The colors were bright and the brushes that came with it were good for the small details. I was so happy with how it turned out and I love seeing it now on my wall, showing off my artistic skills.
Custom paintings order
I ordered two custom paintings back on November 29, 2021, and it's been over six weeks now with no sign of them. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare - they're not responding to my calls or emails. All I got was a generic email with a new shipping tracker when I asked about my order. Honestly, this whole thing has been a letdown and I'd advise others to think twice before buying from this company.
Paintings never arrived
I ordered these awesome paintings back in March and I was super pumped to receive them. But you won't believe what happened - they never showed up! I tried contacting them but they totally ignored me. It felt like they didn't give a darn. So disrespectful! I even went ahead and reported them to the authorities, they better be in some serious trouble.
Ignored reviews, fake tracking, scammers
I messed up by not checking reviews before buying from this company. I kept getting canned responses blaming COVID and a fake tracking number when I reached out. I had to get PayPal involved to sort things out. I learned my lesson - always check reviews before shopping online!
Paint by Numbers kit
So, I was really excited to get this Paint by Numbers kit, but man, it took forever to arrive. I ordered it on April 9th and didn't get it until July 14th - that's over three months later! The email I got with the tracking number was no help at all because the info was all wrong. I reached out to customer service, and Julie was actually pretty good about responding to my questions. But, all she could tell me was that everything was delayed because of COVID-19. I haven't even had a chance to use the kit yet, but I'm not as pumped about it as I was before, thanks to all this waiting.
Slow delivery, no product received
I ordered something back in March and it's been forever, they keep blaming COVID-19 for the delay. My tracking says it got here in July but now it's marked as expired. Should've just bought from Aliexpress, at least they refund if your stuff doesn't show up. Should've checked reviews before ordering, lesson learned.
Custom picture order for Christmas
I just wanted to share that I bought a bunch of personalized pictures as a Christmas gift for my mom not too long ago. However, I still haven't gotten them yet. I've tried contacting customer service a few times for updates, but they haven't been very helpful. After I mentioned reporting them to the fraud department, they finally promised to look into it. It's frustrating how there's been almost no communication and my order is taking so long, especially since I spent more than $170.
Three custom photo canvases
I had the worst experience with my recent purchase. I waited forever to get my order, but when I finally did, it was all wrong. I was supposed to get three custom canvases with my own photos, but instead, I got three canvases with the same owl picture on them. I contacted customer service right away to ask for a refund, but I haven't heard back from them at all. I wish I had checked out this company more before buying from them.
Paid for 2 projects in April
I ordered and paid for 2 projects back in April, but now it's July and still nothing. I've been sending emails, but all I get back are generic responses with fake tracking numbers. This is not right, I want my money back. This whole thing is making me think this company is just a scam and needs to take responsibility for what they're doing.
Slow and misleading delivery
The delivery time for my order took forever and the tracking info was totally off. I reached out to customer service a bunch of times, but never heard back. It's so annoying to shell out cash for something and not get any support when you hit a snag. Definitely wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Painting kit purchase
Man, I really messed up. I didn't bother checking out the reviews before I decided to order this painting kit back in April. It's been forever and I still haven't gotten it. And on top of that, the company is ignoring my messages and won't even refund the rest of my money. Looks like I'm out of luck with that $20. I'm definitely going to let my friends know to steer clear of this company in the future.
Paintings, delayed, frustrating
So, I made the decision to order some paintings back in March, but let me tell you, it took forever to actually get them. I know we're all dealing with the whole COVID situation, but seriously? It took a whole FOUR months just to get half of my order, and I'm still sitting here waiting for the rest. I've sent emails back and forth so many times with them reassuring me that my order is coming. It's been such a hassle!
