Organic cotton and wool futon
I bought an organic cotton and wool futon from Futon, and it had a strong barnyard smell that both my dog and I reacted to with allergies. I was really let down by the poor quality and the fact that the customer reviews on their website were not honest. Even after leaving a negative review, I couldn't find it on their site, which shows they're not trustworthy. Plus, their return policy was not helpful, and they took forever to respond to my emails. My whole experience with this company was just disappointing and frustrating.

I bought some new clothes for my grown-up body and it was just alright, not amazing. The prices are way too high compared to other stores, and they even charge more for the same things! That's not cool! And let me tell you about the whole coupon situation - it seems like they make it hard for you to get a good deal! The woman working there didn't seem to care much, and that kind of bummed me out.

Paid for 2 projects in April
I ordered and paid for 2 projects back in April, but now it's July and still nothing. I've been sending emails, but all I get back are generic responses with fake tracking numbers. This is not right, I want my money back. This whole thing is making me think this company is just a scam and needs to take responsibility for what they're doing.
