Jeans
I ordered these jeans online like a month ago, and I'm still waiting for them to send it to me. I had to give them a call to get my order number because they didn't even bother to email it to me. Every time I call to check, they keep saying it'll ship soon, but it never does. They even tossed in a promo code for my next buy, but honestly, I don't think I'll shop with them again. Please, just send me my jeans already!

Floral Kimono Robe
The shipping was quick, but when I got the Floral Kimono Robe, I was pretty let down by the quality. The design and color were nice, but the stitching was kinda shoddy and made it feel cheap. I was hoping for better craftsmanship and more attention to detail, especially for the price. Overall, I was bummed out by the whole thing and probably won't buy from them again.

Paid for 2 projects in April
I ordered and paid for 2 projects back in April, but now it's July and still nothing. I've been sending emails, but all I get back are generic responses with fake tracking numbers. This is not right, I want my money back. This whole thing is making me think this company is just a scam and needs to take responsibility for what they're doing.

I've been reading this publication for a while now and I decided to renew my subscription for another year. But, I'm really disappointed because even though I paid for it months ago, I still haven't received my order. I've tried reaching out to customer service several times, but I haven't gotten any answers or updates on what's going on. It's really frustrating because I expect better communication and service from a publication like this.
