First-time purchase, high-quality products, excellent customer service
This was my first time buying from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how good the products were. The stuff I got was even better than I expected and I'm super happy with what I bought. Plus, the customer service was top-notch. I called them up and they were right there to help me out, being really nice and polite the whole time. I gotta give props to the customer service team for being so professional.
Supplement order not received
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, and I've always loved their top-notch products and service. But, I gotta say, my most recent experience has been really disappointing. I placed an order for some supplements, got charged on my credit card, but it's been 10 days and still no sign of my products. I've tried reaching out for info on when they'll ship, but nothing. This lack of communication and the delay makes me think maybe they're going through some money troubles. I've always believed in their quick service, but now I'm not sure if I wanna keep buying from them in the future.
