Pullover bra purchase, comfortable and back clasp
I recently got a new pullover bra from here and let me tell you, it's going to be tough to go back to my old bras now! At first, I wasn't sure which bra style to go for, so I decided to ask one of the reps for some advice. I was impressed by how well she knew the products and she really helped me out. She took the time to explain all the different styles and ended up suggesting the pullover bra, which I ended up loving. I got one with back clasps, and it's been a game changer for me. It's super comfy and has quickly become a favorite in my collection. I seriously recommend giving it a shot!
Two bras, one this year and one last year
I just bought two bras from this company, one this year and one last year, and I gotta say, I am loving the switch to non-underwire. Both bras arrived quickly and in perfect condition, and I've been wearing them non-stop. The older one is still holding up great after a year, which just shows how well-made these bras are. I was excited when they came out with a fixed cup version, although I still have a special place in my heart for the original style. Overall, I definitely recommend their products.
Lingerie set
I recently bought a lingerie set from your store and ran into a delivery problem. Even though that was a bummer, I gotta say, your customer service team really came through for me. They were super quick and efficient in sorting out a refund, which definitely helped ease some of the anxiety I was feeling about the late delivery. Comfortable bras
I just got these super comfy bras from a lingerie brand and I'm really impressed. They fit great and the fabric is so soft and breathable, perfect for wearing all day long. The sizing was spot on and the support is just what I needed. I've tried a bunch of other brands before, but these are definitely the most comfortable bras I've ever had.

So, I ordered two bras online and they tacked on an extra $25 for shipping. I assumed they were shipping from the US to Canada, but turns out they're coming all the way from China. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my order. The customer service is non-existent. This whole experience has been a letdown, especially considering the high prices. I was really bummed out by how little the company cared about their customer service when I had an issue with a bra I bought. When I reached out to them, they told me that the bra was only supposed to last 6-9 months. I never saw that info on their website before I bought it, so I felt kinda deceived. I think a bra should be more durable than that, and I was really hoping they would offer me a replacement or some kind of compensation for selling me a faulty product.
Comfortable, supportive, picky, recommended, cute packaging
I was so pleasantly surprised by how comfy and supportive these products are - they feel like a regular bra, but way more amazing! I'm real picky about my undergarments, but these totally blew me away. I've been telling all my friends about them because I'm absolutely obsessed. And can we talk about how cute the packaging is? Love it!

My first time shopping here was so easy - even though my order came from two different places, everything went smoothly. The fabrics on the things I bought are super comfy, soft, and feel like butter. I was really impressed with how well the products fit and how great the quality is.
Return Process Experience
I took something back to this place, and they never gave me my money back! I shipped it back using their return label with FedEx. After a week, I inquired about my refund, but they didn't make an effort to assist me. They simply stated that there was nothing they could do. They didn't even bother to check with FedEx to find out what went wrong. I followed all the steps correctly, but they showed no concern. It seems like they are avoiding giving refunds by using phony labels. What a scam! I won't be purchasing anything from them again!
