NordicTrack VR25 Exercise Bike
I'm very happy with the bike, it works well for me. I had a problem with the screen not coming on. I called the service department and talked to Allen (sorry I do not have last name) he is a true asset to his company. He walked me thru on how to reset the screen and also set me video on how to reset the screen. I tried and that did not work. I call Allen back and had told him that it did not work, he said it could be the A/C power adapter. He sent me a new power adapter, that solved the issue. The whole experience as ben a positive one. Thank you again Allen, YOU ROCK!!!!
Treadmill
Junior from New Life Cardio called me an Ass via Text Message 6 times and claimed it was a typo...
Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Horrible second hand equipment. DO NOT ORDER from these guys.
They'll talk the talk on the phone, but nothing ever gets done. I've been trying to get my Treadmill working for over a year. They always tell me a parts on the way but nothing is ever shipped. They'll lie and cheat you out of money by selling you busted equipment.
Wish I could attach photos from my text exchange with someone who on the phone speaks perfect English, but when texting me the only word he seems to misspell is "as" by adding an extra "s" at the end. Yes, this guy subtly called me an "..." 6 times and that he was slick about it.
Don't do business with these people. You'll regret it.
