We just bought a mattress from this company, thinking it would be custom-made. But when it arrived, we found out it had been made two months before we bought it. The packaging was all beat up, with old glue and a hole in the middle of the unsealed roll. The mattress didn't puff up like it was supposed to, and the service we got was pretty lacking. When we tried to talk to customer service about it, our issues weren't really fixed, so our whole experience ended up being a letdown.

This company talks a big game about being generous and giving you a trial period, but it's all just a bunch of lies. Don't be fooled by their fancy front. Let me tell you, the mattress I bought was supposed to be super soft and cozy for folks who sleep on their side, but the truth is, it was as hard as a rock and gave me the worst back pain. Dealing with their return process was a total nightmare, they blamed Covid-19 for delays and even tried to talk me into keeping the mattress for a partial refund. I had to handle the return all by myself, which shows they don't own up to any mistakes or care about customers at all. To top it off, they tried to keep my negative review from seeing the light of day on their site, which says a lot about their shady business practices. My advice? Steer clear of this company at all costs.
