I just ordered something recently and I was kinda let down by the lack of communication about what was going on with it. Even though I got an email saying that it had been shipped out with a tracking number, I checked the tracking info and there was no progress for a few days. I tried reaching out to customer service by email but I didn't hear back from them. It's really frustrating when companies don't keep you updated on your orders, especially when they said they would. And then, to top it off, I started seeing a bunch of bad reviews piling up after I placed my order, which is concerning and doesn't make me trust the brand. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this company.
Online order trouble
The website and customer service were terrible. I tried to buy something online, and they charged me but the order didn't go through. I talked to them every day through live chat and email, but it took forever to fix the problem with both banks.
Cool stuff
So, I stumbled upon this super cool store with all these awesome things that I absolutely needed. I mean, who wouldn't want to have all that cool stuff, right? But then I realized that if you're in the UK and you want to return something, you have to foot the bill for shipping it all the way to Sweden. And let me tell you, that shipping cost is no joke! Like, why bother buying in the first place if you have to pay almost as much just to send it back? It's not cool, man.
Dinnerware purchase
I got this really awesome dinner set, but when it got here, a few of the bowls and plates were all smashed up! I was pretty bummed about it. But the good news is, the store hooked me up with some new ones for free, which was super nice of them. I wish I could give them 5 stars, but it was a pain to send the broken stuff back, and honestly, I'm too lazy for all that. Oh well, what can you do? ?♀️
Woody birds home decor
I just bought this really cute set of woody birds home decor from Nordic Nest and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how it turned out. The birds look just like they did on the website and they really spruced up my home decor. I was kinda worried at first because I saw some bad reviews, but my experience was actually really good.
