25 foot flag pole and solar light April 9, 2024

I bought a 25 foot flag pole and solar light and in 2 months the flag pole got stuck and could not be lowered. I had to saw it down to throw it out. I contacted customer service and they replaced it. 11 months later the solar light stopped working and they would not replace due to it being over a year old. Not too much of a big deal I bought a new one. Now the replacement flag pole got stuck in the up position and I can not lower it again. Customer service will not replace again because it’s been 14 months. So in 1 year 4 months two poles have had the same issues of not being able to be removed and the solar light no longer works. I will also say the plastic base that gets cemented in is also cracked but still works. This company does not make products to last I was expecting for the $200 product to last years and not just outside of the Warrenty period. I would not recommend to anyone.
