This company is great! I got a Lady Dior bag right before Christmas and it was exactly as they described, in perfect condition. They didn't try to sneak in any extra charges, which was really awesome. I was also checking out a Chanel bag and they were super honest about some scratches on it, so I ended up passing on it. Now I'm gearing up to purchase another Chanel bag and I'm really excited about it! The customer service here is fantastic, Violet and James are so helpful and quick to answer any questions or concerns. I'm really looking forward to my new bag arriving!

I just bought something from this website and it was exactly what I expected. Got the package pretty fast, but my wife wasn't feeling it. Luckily, sending it back was a breeze and they gave me my money back right away. Gotta say, their customer service is top-notch.
Vintage item
Man, what a frustrating ride. I tried to leave a review on their site, but no luck - probably because it wasn't a glowing 5-star rating like the rest. Gotta give a shoutout to the chat customer service team, though. They were real helpful, even with me bombarding them with messages and questions for 18 straight days. Finally got my item today, a super tardy 16 days past the shipping date they promised. When I checked the tracking, it seemed frozen for 4 days, which set off some alarms. Contacted DHL, turns out they hadn't even received the package yet, just a label from the supplier OfV. Got me thinking, especially with all the uncertainty in the economy. No Christmas gift for my wife now, had to hustle and get a replacement last minute at a much higher price. After 10 days of constant pestering, the shipment finally started moving on DHL's site and arrived 3 days later on the 18th. From what was supposed to ship on the 29th to actually getting here on the 18th, the timing was way off. Wish I had known from the jump so I could have prepared better. Despite all the bumps in the road, big thanks to the chat team for eventually sorting things out.
