package arrived when they said, reps Fabiana and Giuseppe answered questions without fuss. Still a tiny worry, but mostly happy.
Paid, but nothing to show
In short, I ended up with neither the items nor the cash. I ordered two pieces about a month ago because I needed a mattress topper for my bad back and was hoping it would actually help. One never arrived, they told me a refund was coming, then said it had shipped and somehow got returned to the seller. So now I'm stuck without product and still waiting on the money.
Overpriced deal, scent is real
I almost didn't buy this — price listed (with "20% off") was way higher than official Tom Ford RRP, which made me suspicious. Still went ahead to test authenticity; it arrived in two days and first spray on day one smelled exactly like TF Oud Voyager I know (so authenticity probably fine). That said, the "discount" is off an inflated price, so you’re not really getting a deal. Useful service and quick shipping, but I wouldn't pay these prices again.

the item was exactly what I ordered, but the whole customer service back-and-forth made it needlessly messy. I asked two days after ordering to change the delivery address because my building has recurring delivery issues, and the rep—Giuseppe—replied “ok,” so I assumed it was taken care of. Then a tracking update showed the package headed to the original address. When I asked him about it, he gave a very businesslike distinction that “ok” meant he was working on it and only “yes” meant acceptance. He even suggested, awkwardly, that we try to “hijack” the parcel from the carrier — which felt inappropriate and unhelpful, especially since the package was for a visually impaired person who couldn’t just go fetch it. I told him that wasn’t acceptable and he said he was escalating it to legal, which seemed over the top. Bottom line: product arrived and was correct, so that’s good. But the tone and suggestions from support left a bad impression. I’ve had better service elsewhere; I’ll consider ordering again only if their customer care improves. I can provide emails if anyone needs proof.
Mixed feelings but finally a small win
the refund showed they eventually took responsibility, even if it was grudging and incomplete. So yeah, mild relief mixed with annoyance. If you’re considering buying, be cautious and keep screenshots of everything. Also, if you prefer a company that responds quickly and respectfully, this might not be the one. Still, I’m a bit satisfied now that I got partial compensation and documentation was accepted — not perfect, but not a total loss either.
