quick chat (huge help since I'm deaf), then they offered to call Microsoft for me and handled it in minutes. Kinda skeptical at first, but impressed.
Support saved it
Glad I bought it — support really sorted me out. I first saw the deal on a tech forum and told my coworker about it. Office worked fine for weeks then suddenly locked; PC Sales Online answered my emails quickly, sent screenshots and walked me through fixes, so it was back. Pretty thankful, and I did recommend it to my team.
Worth it, just a hiccup
great deal and helpful people, though it wasn't flawless. A buddy on Reddit pointed me to their site; bought Office and later had to wipe my PC for a fresh Windows install. Microsoft doesn't hand out the download anymore, so I panicked — their support chat at PC Sales Online jumped in and got it working quick, no fuss. Not perfect, but I'd use them again, for sure.
Support actually fixed it
I first saw them in a neighborhood newsletter and tipped my elderly neighbor to buy the software. Download showed up fast, so I thought great — until install hit a wall. Couldn’t attach screenshots, phone support was useless, then Garry on chat stuck with us and basically pushed it through from his side. Kinda frustrating at first, but delivery was quick and the rep saved the day. Would recommend, just be patient.
Small hiccup, otherwise solid
really nice, quick download. Setup went smooth for the most part, menus feel solid and everything runs without lag. Slight snag at activation — Microsoft wanted a phone call — but the PSSales Online chat helped me use the codes MS gave and got it authorized (which was a relief). So, mild annoyance up front, but overall it works great and actually surprised me how fast the chat solved it.
