I first saw them in a neighborhood newsletter and tipped my elderly neighbor to buy the software. Download showed up fast, so I thought great — until install hit a wall. Couldn’t attach screenshots, phone support was useless, then Garry on chat stuck with us and basically pushed it through from his side. Kinda frustrating at first, but delivery was quick and the rep saved the day. Would recommend, just be patient.
Small hiccup, otherwise solid
really nice, quick download. Setup went smooth for the most part, menus feel solid and everything runs without lag. Slight snag at activation — Microsoft wanted a phone call — but the PSSales Online chat helped me use the codes MS gave and got it authorized (which was a relief). So, mild annoyance up front, but overall it works great and actually surprised me how fast the chat solved it.
