I was staring at the checkout, thinking — do I really want to risk this? I'd had bad return experiences with other shops before, so I hesitated. In the end I bought a dress because it looked great, but my doubts weren't silly. The item itself is fine, the fabric nice, fit true, so was relief, but returning it was nightmare. They charged international return postage and extra fees, and customer support took ages — I emailed several times before any reply. If you hate surprises, be warned.
Nice clothes, messy process

Still, when the charge disappeared and customer service actually answered clearly, I felt relieved and kind of grateful it wasn’t worse. The clothes are exactly the kind of thing I love, so it's a shame the process was messy. My tip: if you don’t want drama, buy through a big retailer (Saks, Bloomingdale's) instead of ordering from their site. I won’t risk buying direct again unless I’m sure I won’t need to return it. Overall — beautiful designs, rough handling, ending turned out okay but could be so much smoother.
Almost didn’t order, glad I did
I nearly ghosted the checkout because I was sure the return circus would be terrible—international returns, tracking, fees, all that. The dress fits way better than the photos suggested, which honestly erased half my stress right away. The top was slightly off, and yeah, the return steps are a bit fiddly (they want the order printout, an auth number written on the package, tracked postage—you do have to do the prep yourself), but support walked me through it patiently and the refund showed up faster than I’d feared. I paid postage for the return, true, but considering the quality and how often I’ve worn the dress already, it feels worth it. Little hiccups, sure, but overall I’m pretty happy I ordered. Learned to measure a hair more carefully next time, but I’m thankful it worked out—product fits my everyday life and I’m actually excited to wear it again.
