    PrinterPix - Mediocre Print Quality, but Fast Shipping

    I've recently had the opportunity to use the services of PrinterPix, and overall, my experience was pretty average.

    One of the things I liked about the company was their website, which was easy to navigate and had a wide variety of photo products available. I was able to quickly find the product I was looking for and customize it to my liking.

    However, when it came to actually uploading and ordering my photos, I did run into a few issues. The upload process was a bit slow, and I had some trouble getting my photos to be the right size and resolution. Additionally, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the final product. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't quite meet my expectations.

    Another downside was the customer service. I had a question about my order and contacted customer service through their website. The response I received was very generic and didn't address my specific concern.

    Overall, while PrinterPix has a decent selection of products and a user-friendly website, the quality of the final product and customer service left something to be desired. I might consider using them again, but I would be sure to double-check the final product before ordering.

    Photo book purchase

    I wanted to share about my recent experience with my photo book order. I had a little problem, but luckily, I got to work with a really awesome customer service rep. I have to give her major props for how professional and patient she was in helping me out. She handled everything smoothly and quickly. You don't come across many customer service reps who are as graceful and attentive as she was. I felt really respected and valued as a customer. So, a big shoutout to her for going above and beyond with her service!

    Photo book project completion

    I don't want to bore you with all the nitty-gritty, but let me tell you about this frustrating situation I had with this company. Luckily, I came across a stellar employee who really saved the day and got my photo book project done. This employee was super kind, courteous, and professional - definitely top-notch in my book. They really deserve a raise in my opinion. Big shoutout to them for totally turning my bad experience into a positive one!

    Even though I had a rough start trying to make my photobook on the wrong site and running into lots of problems, I eventually got some help from a guy named Andrew Robello from the UK team. He was really patient, took the time to hear me out, and went out of his way to guide me through everything. His commitment and determination to solve my problem were really impressive. I appreciate his help, and the finished product came out really well.

It turned out amazing! I got it for my brother's graduation and the pictures turned out just right. Really happy I decided to take a chance on this website.

    Hey, so I got this photobook and it was a mess at first. I was feeling really down because nothing was going right. But then, this guy Andrew totally came to the rescue! He helped me figure everything out and even said he'd give me a free order because of all the issues. I still had to spend a ton of time fixing stuff, but it was such a relief to have someone finally assist me, you know?

    Customizable printing options with organization features

    The platform really impressed me with its ability to create customized projects easily and smoothly copy them. It's helped me keep all my projects organized, which is great. But, I think it would be even better if they added an edit option so we can customize project names instead of just having them automatically generated based on style or labeled as a copy. That way, it would be easier to distinguish between similar projects.

    Oops missed out on a photo book

    I really like coming to this place, but I made a mistake with my order this time. I meant to order 3 photo books, but only ordered 2 by accident. Because of that, my voucher didn't work and I ended up paying more. Luckily, Brian Reese came to the rescue and helped me reorder the missing book. He was super helpful and made sure I understood everything. Big thanks to Brian and the whole team!

    I called customer service and spoke with Brian Reese. He was really nice and patient with me. He helped me figure out how to order my projects and answered all of my questions.     Delayed Calendar Order

    I ordered a calendar back in early March and it hasn't shipped yet, and I haven't gotten any updates. I tried contacting customer service through email but they haven't gotten back to me. I was counting on it for an Easter gift and now I'm running out of time. It's frustrating that they promised a 10-day delivery and it's been delayed like this.

    Metal pictures with missing wall mount

    I got some really awesome metal pictures from this place, but can you believe one of them didn't even come with the wall mount I ordered? I tried shooting them an email, but haven't heard a peep back. The pictures themselves look amazing, but now I've gotta go on a wild goose chase to find a wall mount somewhere else.

    Personalized photo book

    This company's customer support and communication are seriously lacking. It's been over a week since I placed my order and I still have no clue when it's shipping. I've tried reaching out multiple times with no response, and even when I called, it said they were closed. It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on with my order. If I hadn't left a negative review, I doubt I would have heard anything back. It's sad that bad reviews are the only way to get their attention. Even though they eventually fixed things, I won't be using their service again.
