CBD oil purchase
I recently bought some CBD oil from this company and man, was I bummed out by the taste. It had zero flavor except for the taste of the base oil. I was really hoping for at least a little hint of blueberry, like they advertised. I had gotten a base oil from them before and had a similar experience, so it was surprising to get another product that lacked any real flavor. Even though it doesn't taste great, I still use the oil for my heart issues and other health benefits. It would be awesome if they could step up their game and make their products taste better.

Overpriced jacket
I've been buying stuff from this place for a good bit now, but that black jacket I got back in '23 was a real letdown. The zippers always get stuck, the outer material doesn't breathe, the inner pockets are too big and not even secure, the logo on the left arm is all bent out of shape, and the letters are starting to look all jagged. I didn't expect such low quality from this brand. As a customer, I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I just bought a canvas print and I was really happy with the whole thing. Ordering was simple, the printing was fast, and the delivery was quick. It only took a few days from when I ordered to when I put it up on my wall, which was great. Personalized photo book
This company's customer support and communication are seriously lacking. It's been over a week since I placed my order and I still have no clue when it's shipping. I've tried reaching out multiple times with no response, and even when I called, it said they were closed. It's so frustrating not knowing what's going on with my order. If I hadn't left a negative review, I doubt I would have heard anything back. It's sad that bad reviews are the only way to get their attention. Even though they eventually fixed things, I won't be using their service again.
