First-Time Buyer
I have 2 “traditional” fireplaces at my primary home. We recently purchased a lake house and I miss my fireplaces. I’ve been shopping for months and came across Real Cozy. I was hesitant about the price and purchasing something that I had not personally seen.
Two main points: 1 - You get what you pay for. This piece of furniture is absolutely stunning. It’s probably the nicest item in my house. I love it so much but now I need to update my furniture surrounding it! 2 - Customer service is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Cynthia helped me from day one. Coordinating delivery was not an easy task when you don’t live in the home 24/7. She would respond to my texts even on her day off. She was a pleasure to work with.
I 100% recommend this company and it’s products. I am beyond pleased with my purchase and looking forward to using the fireplace this fall/winter.Soooo perfect
I got the blue Malibu TV stand that accommodates my 85” beast. I got the fireplace as well . Everyone that has seen this stops and comments “wow, that looks nice” I had a small chip of wood missing from a door (handmade so expected) and they immediately responded that they are making a new door and sending me a touch up pen in case of future concerns. It is not about a small issue we have with a vendor , but what they do about it that does. Kudos to this American Company with the intelligence to Focus on financing an excellent customer service staff. And thanks to the craftsman that made my unit by hand once I ordered .

The TV stand is very good quality and sturdy. Each and every person we interacted with was great to work with. It took us some time to get the stand but the wait was totally worth it. Our TV is 85” and this cabinet is perfect for it.
