Recent furniture purchase
I recently bought some furniture and was super pumped to get it before I moved in. But when I found out it wasn't coming until after I moved, I reached out to customer service right away. Unfortunately, my first message got no response. The next day, I contacted them again and was met with doubt from a lady named Linda. She said they never got my first email, so I showed her a screenshot to prove it. Despite my efforts to fix things, Linda kept arguing with me and basically called me a liar. After a bunch of frustrating emails back and forth, she finally told me to hold the package so it wouldn't get left at my place before I could even get in. But then FedEx wouldn't redeliver it, so I had to go pick it up myself. This whole mess has been super annoying and I'm really unhappy with how the company handled things. I'd tell others to stay away and avoid dealing with such incompetence.
