Quick and efficient decision making tool
This product is seriously a game changer when it comes to picking out paint colors. It saved me a ton of time and energy that I would have wasted going back and forth to the store, mixing samples, painting walls, and cleaning up brushes. I could easily see how the colors would look in my space without all the mess and fuss. It's definitely a must-have for anyone trying to get through a renovation quickly!

The paint samples make a huge difference when you're trying to pick a color. They're big and truly show you what the paint will look like. It's so useful to be able to move them all over the room and see how they appear in different lighting. The samples got to me fast, just like they always have in my previous orders. Oh my gosh, the delivery was incredibly fast! I was in shock, seriously? My samples arrived in just 14 hours, I couldn't believe it, thought it was a prank. Turns out, they were exactly what I needed. I was so amazed, had to tell all my friends about it. Thank you so much!
Color Samples
I was totally impressed by the awesome quality and tons of color choices for the color samples I bought. The sticket was a great idea instead of painting my walls to see how different shades would actually look. My only problem was that there weren't many shipping choices - I liked the overnight delivery but wish there were more affordable options. But overall, I was really happy with the product and would definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to try out new paint colors for their place.
Essential purchase before painting
Make sure you grab some samples before you start painting. It's worth it to choose the right color from the beginning. It's a lot cheaper than having to redo the whole thing. We've all been there, those tiny samples never look the same as they do on your actual walls.
Quick fix for color samples
The website was kinda hard to figure out at first, but after some trial and error, I got the hang of it. I was bummed to realize that I didn't actually snag those two free samples like I thought I did. Those samples definitely ain't cheap, so it was annoying to have to shell out more cash for expedited shipping.

My first time I used samplize,a few weeks ago, one of the samples was incorrect as it came from a different paint company- though I specified Benjamin Moore because my painters only use that brand. I was sent the correct sample later on. I ordered a second set of different samples, paid in full, and it’s been over a week- absolutely NO communication explaining why my order is unfulfilled- though my payment was taken. Two days ago I began getting worried, and emailed the company on their help section. It is SO frustrating because I am down to the wire, my painters are ready & this is holding up my project! I sent 4 emails to the help desk, even tried calling (the mailbox is supposedly full). I found out samplize is located in Chattanooga- where I live! So yesterday I even tried driving to the location given online. But it is not a storefront; there is no sign, nowhere to park. Very strange.
Choosing paint with samplize became a LOT more aggravating because this company dropped the ball on me.

I placed this order more than one month ago and the samples haven't arrived. There is no phone number to call at Samplize, and phoning USPS doesn't help, because I cannot speak to an agent. According to the Tracking information, the samples are in Florida, at the same location they've been since they were shipped from Tennessee. There's been no movement. I live in Canada. I wouldn't order from this company again.
The samples arrived but were damaged. Unable to peel the paper away that separated the painted sheets. Such a disappointment. BUT the bigger disappointment is that no one is responding from my customer service requests. I’m really feeling duped. I was an interior designer for 25 years and recommended Samplize since their inception. That ends today.
