    My first time I used samplize,a few weeks ago, one of the samples was incorrect as it came from a different paint company- though I specified Benjamin Moore because my painters only use that brand. I was sent the correct sample later on. I ordered a second set of different samples, paid in full, and it’s been over a week- absolutely NO communication explaining why my order is unfulfilled- though my payment was taken. Two days ago I began getting worried, and emailed the company on their help section. It is SO frustrating because I am down to the wire, my painters are ready & this is holding up my project! I sent 4 emails to the help desk, even tried calling (the mailbox is supposedly full). I found out samplize is located in Chattanooga- where I live! So yesterday I even tried driving to the location given online. But it is not a storefront; there is no sign, nowhere to park. Very strange.
    Choosing paint with samplize became a LOT more aggravating because this company dropped the ball on me.
    What a hassle- when things go wrong and there’s nobody at the other end to fix the issue in a timely or any manner whatsoever.
