Scrabble dictionary
It has been a couple of weeks and according to their tracking it is still far, far away. I would not use this site again because of how very long it takes. I am assuming that the book will eventually arrive.
I ordered Sex & the City Seasons 3, 4, 5 & 6.
Received Seasons 2, 6 & 4 (Not sure if 5 was ordered through your company. Sent a message on ebay. Need to receive Season 3, not 2. How do we rectify this, ASAP?

I may be jumping the gun here, but I would not use this company again. My shipment has yet to arrive, and it has been 6 business days. To anyone thinking that's not that long, I say it's 2021. What company takes this long to ship a book to New York City?
All of their customer service is over email. I don't love that.

I purchased a book with cards based on the description and the book came the cards did not. I was told "I am afraid used books are not guaranteed to have supplemental items such as access codes, CDs, DVD etc... In order to guarantee you get supplemental items you have to buy the book new."

Highly disappointed in my purchase. (On eBay you have to wait 7 days to leave a review) but hopefully, this will help others. I took pictures of the cover of the book. The entire word Negroes was covered in a black magic marker and the bottom corner of the book was damaged so that the cover is peeling apart. I took pictures. Very disturbing given the current climate of this society. I would not have minded the cover but that was not stated as a problem in the description of the book. Wish I had read reviews of this so-called company before ordering. I will definitely NOT be ordering anything from them again.
The Tales of Cupid and Psyche
It took a little long to get here, but it was in fairly good condition. A little bit of writing, but I got it for around $5. Can't complain much.

My first experince with them was great. Got what I oedered fast.
second ordered came within 5 days. But did not get books I ordered I ordered4 got 5. Two was actualy what I odered, other four had no clue where they got that ordered from. I had already read one of the books they sent. So why would iIorder it.I did notice more then order form said thought i had missed one. I sent an email to customer service no reply. I called them thet said send and email. Sent a second email still no reply. Customer service is very poor.Customer service is poor! I have been waiting two weeks for my book, and have reached out them with no luck. With Thrift Books available, I probably will go through them in the future. This is as poor of a review as I could give!!

I paid extra for Expediated shipping (3-5 days). The item took 8 days to be delivered. My item was shipped to me via DHL to USPS. It took 4 days after being marked as shipped for the item to even arrive at a USPS facility. The book is fine, but don't pay for the shipping because the service is not faster.
