one cheap bracelet actually survived my kitchen chaos and didn’t break, so small win. Still, this whole thing felt like a scam, and it cost me time and patience and I won’t risk ordering again.
Surprised it actually arrived
I checked the porch more times than feels sane. For weeks I thought the package had joined a witness protection program. Emails came back with the same canned line saying 'dispatched' — handy, except it wasn't. I did find a note in one of those auto-replies about destroying undelivered stock and no refunds. Anyway, when it finally showed up, I was pleasantly surprised. The item itself is solid, not cheap-feeling, and works exactly as I hoped; it fits nicely in my hand and the finish is decent. I've had worse experiences elsewhere, so that's a small win. Communication was terrible and delivery slow, but I'm relieved the product is fine.
Not buying from them again
I wouldn't order from this site again — short and simple. I first saw them on Instagram and actually told a coworker to check their sale, but after getting my three items I felt pretty let down. One piece was fine, kind of wear-anywhere, but the other two were low quality, weird sizing (all same size but one huge, one tiny) and the colors looked nothing like the photos. They did reply when I asked about returns, which I appreciated, but the return shipping and the only offer — a 15% discount — made no sense; it's basically a loss. Tried to give the clothes away, nobody wanted them. If you want cheap-looking fast fashion and don't mind inconsistent sizing, go ahead, but I won't risk it again.
Not worth the hassle
refund was quick once escalated. I probably won't order from them again.
Morning-try-on letdown, but a decent ending
seller first offered 25% and said keep them, asked me to ship back to China despite UK addresses on the package. I opened a PayPal case and, after nagging, they refunded the full amount. So I went from irritated and skeptical to mildly satisfied that I didn’t lose my money, even if the tops aren’t dreamy.
