    I bought the boot recently and damn it ! this is so good. What surprise me more than the proces are not high and its so easy to buy it from here without any worries or anything

    I recently bought some boots from this company, and at first, I was happy with how easy it was to place the order and the fast approval email I got. But then, I waited 10 days and my order still hadn't been shipped, so I checked online and found out it was backordered with no clear date for shipping. That was a big bummer since I wanted to give the boots as a Christmas gift. When I got in touch with customer service to ask about it, the person I talked to was kinda rude. They said they don't tell customers when things are on backorder and that I should've known at checkout. I had proof that there was no backorder notice when I bought them, though. In the end, I had to cancel my order and rush to find another pair of boots before Christmas. I know things can run out of stock, but I think customer service could've been better about keeping me in the loop about the backorder status.

    I bought some boots online back in December, but then got an email about a week later saying my order got axed. So, I ended up grabbing a different pair from a different store. What really surprised me was that a week after that, the original company shot me an email saying my order was on its way. I gave their customer service a ring to let them know how frustrated I was, but they didn't seem sorry one bit. They said I could send the boots back, but then I'd be stuck with a pair I didn't like as much. This whole ordeal not only gave me a terrible customer experience, but it also seemed shady to ship something after cancelling the order. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
