Pleasantly surprised overall March 29, 2026

I’m happy I ordered this — it worked for me and wasn’t the headache I worried it might be. I started using it a couple weeks ago, right after it arrived, and my first thought was “huh, that’s actually decent.” The packaging looked a bit simpler than the photos, but the item itself did the job, no drama. I’ll admit I had one or two small pauses — I emailed about returns and got a reply suggesting keeping it to save CO2, which sounded odd at first, but honestly I could see the point and it wasn’t pushy. Customer support was a bit slow to respond sometimes, but when they answered they were polite and tried to help, so that counts. Performance-wise it met my needs, maybe not perfect for everyone, but good enough for daily use. Price felt fair for what you get, and shipping arrived sooner than I expected. Would I buy again? Yeah, I probably would. A little rough around the edges in communication, but the product itself and the outcome made me glad I gave it a try.
