Sweet 16 dress
Its been 4 weeks of waiting for the dress and nothing has arrived yet. I have an order number but no tracking number. If you order a product for a special occasion or gift do not order from here! Im praying it arrives on time! I have contacted customer service and I get the same response each time.

Wouldnt give an order number to track the order sent a lot of messages and never got any response at all sent thru facebook also got nothing. So customer service is a huge waste of time so to me if you dont get back with people that ordered from you it's a big red flag so dont order from them

I ordered a "Huawei honor watch 2" at 11/28, very nice price and quick order process, but i didn't get it till now( today is 1/10/2021). I have tried to email their customer service several time. Their attitude is really good, but they cannot help me anything. I won't buy anything from this website in the future.
I don’t know if this is a ripe of or what their intentions are I will never ever order from this place anymore they got my money a month ago and never did receive my purchase I am trying to get my money refunded by my bank watch who you do business with a lot of scammers out there very angry with this place
