This company really needs to improve their online ordering process. The website is so disorganized, it's hard to find what you're looking for and checking out takes forever. It's frustrating trying to navigate through all the clutter. And the search filters are practically useless, making it a chore to sort through all the products. By the time I finally placed my order, it took forever to get a confirmation email, making me question if my purchase went through. Overall, not the best online shopping experience.
