2 gaiter neck for kids an. 1 adult
I bought these cause there great if you have breathing problems can breat great while wearing it and my grandson just loves his for when he plays baseball very great and fast delivery

I have not received the product so this review is NOT based on the product. I paid for 2-day shipping, which is very misleading. I expected the delivery to arrive in two days since FedEx but in all reality you’re paying for them to make your order a priority. I initially emailed customer service because of the misunderstanding on my part and the “Sleef Team Member” advised me that they do not deliver on the weekends. Sleef does not deliver, FedEx is carrier. Sleef only provides the products and ships. It’s very misleading. Hopefully, the product is worth it and no one makes the same mistake. I probably will not order here again. I will follow-up with a product review.
6 Sleeves
Order placed 2 July. As of 15 Aug, nothing has been received and communication has been non-existent despite my multiple attempts. I checked the reviews to see if there was a known scam but amazingly, the business appears to be legit. No idea how if this is the way they conduct business. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Just go with SA's stuff instead.

We were extremely satisfied with our masks and at a reasonable cost.
Americsn flag arm sleeves, leg sleeves, tights, shorts, spats.
CUSTOMER SERVICE seems ok on the surface, but their return policy borders on the CORRUPT, cleverly designed to KEEP ALL OR PART OF CUSTOMER'S MONEY! (See #3, #5, & #6 below)

(1) Ordering process OK, but certain things are not entitely clear. E.g., it is not clear if price is for 1 sleeve or a pair, until you see their "3-for-the-price-of-2" deal. Even then one wonders if the deal is for 1 or 2 pair.
The Spats description is the only item I saw in which SLEEFS made it clear that price was for a pair.

(2) SLEEFS boasts that it is an AMERICAN company, based in Florida, & you are buying American.
HOWEVER, every item is tagged "MADE IN CHINA."
Buy American. Ha!

(3) SLEEF'S RETURN & REFUND POLICY is NOT GOOD AT ALL!
As stated above, it is cleverly designed to keep all or part of the customer's money, by CHARGING A FEE FOR A RETURN, plus SHIPPING. Thus, they railroad the customer into ACCEPTING STORE CREDIT. HOWEVER, one can NEVER SEEM TO REDEEM THIS CREDIT. Deliberately deceptive, unfair, and not right!

(4) Although fabric quality is fairly high, sewing quality is pretty low. EVERY ITEM I RECEIVED has some form of SEWING DEFECT, mostly loose threads, irregularly serged seams, threads sticking out of hems.
Although I decided to either repair the other defects myself or live with them, one of three arm sleeves (1 of 3 in their 3-for-2 deal) had a ca. 1.75-inch thread loop hanging down from the wrist seam, which would likely catch on anything & everything & rip out the entire wrist hem.
I decided to return it for a REPLACEMENT, but the replacement NEVER CAME. I received none of their usual emails, such as an apology, thank-you, order confirmation, order has been shipped, order will be delivered tomorrow, then today, etc.
So, I emailed CS about it, and they actually replied, but said that I WAS NOT ENTITLED TO A REPLACEMENT BECAUSE I HAD USED A CERTAIN PROMO CODE "SLEEFS25" or whatever. Another part of the deception.

(5) IN ADDITION to the Promo code scam above, I have so far received NEITHER REFUND NOR STORE CREDIT THE 2 CALF SLEEVES I RETURNED, insofar as I can discern from their website.

(6) In regard to the afore-mentioned CALF SLEEVES, they were ridiculously small, child-size small. They would not even stretch over my heels. It is not clear whether the are an adult or child item.
Not wanting to overstretch them and pop stitches, I returned them. SO FAR SLEEFS HAS KEPT MY MONEY FOR THESE CALF SLEEVES.

they didn't make it very clear on the site that you would only receive one arm sleeve and not a pair, and then I ¨cant even return it because I live outside of the states
2 kids masks, 1 american flag adult mask
Sleefs mailed out 2 of my 3 masks ordered. When the 2 "kids" sized masks arrived, only 1 was actually in a kids size.... Even though I ordered both correctly. My third mask -never- came. I emailed 4 weeks after ordering, and Christina said she ordered it once more and will send a tracking order. I asked if they could expedite it for Christmas- No answer.
A week later, today, I get an email that it's now out of stock and to choose another mask... On Christmas day.
Complete lack of follow through and communication. I had to reach out 3 times for them just to tell me to choose another mask 3 weeks later. Just order off eBay?Masks and neck gaiters
Customer service is none existent. Products are ok at best. Not the worst quality I've seen but definitely not the best either. After my last interaction with customer service, I won't be shopping with them again.
Wristbands
My son loves the products, however, trying to obtain a return form/slip has been difficult. I just want to return a few wristbands that are too small for my son and purchase the adult size. I have called left messages, emailed the return department, and sent a SMS, no response.

Company brags about hit is an American company located in Florida. But then when you buy from them you find out that your product is DESIGNED in USA , but MADE in China. I was disappointed to find that out and I'm trying to buy American made products. Gaiters were also extremely thin. Not very good quality.

You will be ok if you don't have a problem with your order. Mine was not what I needed but can not get any help in returning. Have tried online, email and calling.

They are quick to thank you for buying their product, took less than an hour to get a thank you email. Got bug bites after opening up one of their packages, I reached out over 24 hours ago and still no response. Ordering, delivery are good, but concern for someone getting some kind of bite after trying item for 2 minutes and there is no concerns back for customer.
