I am so upset with the service I got from Smile Makers. I ordered something from them and haven't gotten it or heard anything about it. This lack of information and customer care is just not okay. I'm feeling really frustrated and disappointed by their lack of effort. Maybe things will turn around if I do get my order, but right now, I'm not happy with how they've handled things.
Purchased item never received
I bought something from this company and man, I was so let down when it never showed up. I tried to get in touch a bunch of times, but they were terrible at communicating and I still don't know what went wrong with my order. It's really annoying to shell out cash for something and not even get an answer or solution. I sure won't be giving this company my business again after this mess.

The delivery got here super fast, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was low-key and really sturdy, which I was happy about. The thing I got, the surfer, was top-notch and even better than I was hoping for.
Ill-fitted dentures, missing tooth
Two years back, I got dentures from this place, and it's been a nightmare. They never felt right in my mouth, and now one front tooth broke off or fell out completely. When I asked for help, they were no help at all. They said they don't take my insurance anymore and that dentures aren't even under warranty, which sounds ridiculous. My old dentures from another place, which are 7 years old, never had these problems. The quality of these dentures is terrible, and they don't seem to care about my situation at all.
