Massage chair
I bought a massage chair and soon had problems with the charger and the main unit. When I reached out to customer service, they weren't helpful at all. Instead of just replacing the faulty parts, they wanted me to return the entire chair to the seller. When I went to buy a new chair, the price had gone up, which was super annoying. Eventually, they agreed to send me a replacement, but then they messed up the return address on the label, causing even more trouble. All in all, dealing with this company has been a letdown.

I bought the car seat cooler and message cushion and the fan quit after only 2 summers.
I called and left my number and asked if they could send me a new fan. They never returned my call. The quality is not good.back massage cushion
