Weirdly, the package arrived earlier than I thought and that honestly made my week. Size, color, and build are what I hoped for, but delivery was the real win — fast and steady tracking. If you live in the US, I'd recommend it; just keep an eye on tracking.
Couch, shoes and a nasty surprise
no prepaid label for US buyers. They expect you to pay something like $200–$300 to ship them back on your own, for shoes that cost about $180. So now I’m stuck with a pair I won’t wear. I emailed support, got vague canned replies, and nothing that fixed it. It’s annoying and honestly feels unfair — mostly because the return policy basically forces you to keep a mistake. If you order from here, double-check sizes unless you don’t mind losing more than the shoe price.
Sizing caught me off guard
Right when I slipped them out of the box I realized something was off — they looked great but fit small. They took longer to arrive than I expected, and returning them to France would have cost more than the shoes, so we kept them. Customer service was helpful enough, explained HOFF is a Spanish brand that runs small and suggested sizing up, which I appreciate. I’m a bit annoyed about the size chart on the site, it should clearly say “size up for HOFF”. Overall nice sneakers, but be careful with sizing.
Worth skipping
I'm not shopping here again. Long story short — we returned a holiday parka that was only tried on inside the house, totally like-new, and when the company got it back they said it had stains. Their "solution" was basically pay over $100 to ship it back or abandon the coat and lose the refund. I pushed back, sent photos and messaged customer service, but it dragged on and felt like they were dodging responsibility. Had smoother returns with other brands. Annoying, but it's a lesson learned — next time I'll buy elsewhere or film the return process. Really not worth the hassle.
