I contacted the courier on the tracking site for DHL and he said the items were returned to you from Australia customs . Why have I not been notified ? Could you please either credit the full amount back to me or explain why they would have been returned .
I am so disappointed and have emailed you several times . I love your products and am a frequent buyer from you .i ordered the oil and kansa wand and received it last night. My kids saw a photo of me today and said, "your skin looks great! What did you do differently? " I'm amazed at the difference in only one use. I'm going to take photos to document the changes. I'm 60 and have a lot of sun damage and hyperpigmentation. Thank you!

I was so looking forward to these oils for my fine lines after reading reviews but 7 days after making the purchase I have not even received an email telling me when products will ship! Waiting for any response after leaving an email and phone message. :(

Iyuri Day and Night Oils
I broke out terribly from the oils. I sent an email two days ago and still have not heard back. They make it very difficult to return within the 30 day period. There are no published phone numbers on their website or app so you cannot speak to a live individual. There a whole huge process you have to go through to be able to return, as well as two different addresses depending on the product. I was really hoping this would be a great product to help me, but instead is very stressful.
We're extremely sorry for the experience. iYURA oils are pure, herbal formulation - hundreds of women have loved them and have benefited from them, however, since they are pure, potent herbal products, it is possible that you were sensitive to one of the ingredients and it did not work for you. We refunded the order as per our policy.
Good News. I sent the products back despite not having received a response to my email. I included the receipt, a picture of the products, and a letter explaining the problem. Ayurveda Experience returned my money.

Kesardi Oil
I love the product but the delivery time and service are another story. My order has been “in transit” from Orlando to Ft. Myers, (a 2 hour drive) for 13 days now. I’ve sent 3 emails to the company and I get the same response every time. Your order is in transit. I would either like them to resend my order or refund my money.

Kesaradi and Manjish oils
I LOVE the Kesaradi and Manjish oils!!! As a acne sufferer for 15+ years I was desperately looking for a product that wouldn't break me out. I tried so many products and spent thousands of dollars on moisturizers, creams, cleansers, treatments, microdermabrasion...etc but none of them helped with my acne.
A friend of mine recommended these oils and I cannot thank her enough!!!
My skin, not only doesn't break out, the texture including pores and evenness has improved a lot.
Service could be better by letting you know if a product is sold out when you are buying it to prevent confusion and frustration later on. However, the customer service representatives are nice and friendly.

I’m having the exact same problem as the previous reviewer. I placed an order, my card was charged, and going on a week, I have not received an email confirmation, nor replies to my emails asking about the status of my order. I’m not too happy about that.
Ordered items on April 26th, card was charged on 27th (#171-384867). Item not yet received as of May 28th. Customer service is atrocious, with shoddy, intermittent responses. Finally called my credit card company and asked for a reimbursement.

Look at all of the complaints! And think of all of the people who are silently waiting and not saying anything either. I've given up hope on this company. No replies and they took hundreds of dollars for my order. I am SO bummed out that they are shady. If they cannot handle providing the products maybe they should not be taking orders until they are able. They must have so many complaints with banks for their fraud.
I've been waiting 4 weeks for my order. It's been sitting in a Fedx facility all that time. I contacted Fedx and now they tell me there's a problem with shipping it and are sending it back to the supplier. This WAS a Christmas gift. Not happy at all. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered.

No response to my emails, the tracking number they gave is bogus, there's no record with DHL of a shipment, the order status just says 'ready' but hasn't been sent. They claim 4-5 days shipping but my order has been sitting 'ready' for more than twice that amount of time! I've tried to cancel the order and requested a refund through my payment method. Wish I'd seen these reviews before getting suckered into buying from this place.
Regarding my above review, the item arrived today, too late to give as the gift intended but it did arrive despite the inaccurate tracking information on my order. I would delete that first review if I could figure out how!
#171-567760 says is on the way, it has said the same thing for days...sitting at a facility. Reached out to customer service without response. I really wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I think in the future do not take money from a customer until you have the products are are ready to ship. As of today it "says in transit" These products are expensive and I expect better customer service and communication. I assume these really are finally shipped. I hope to enjoy the products, however you really need to improve your customer service. I will be in touch as to if I actually receive the products and if I like the products. So far I am displeased.

Have used their products before that are not only brilliant but also their customer service needs to be applauded. I had an issue with my last order and was promptly refunded within 12 hours. This time the discount hadn’t been applied to the order which also was dealt within 8 hours. Just cannot fault them. I think considering the covid situation everyone needs to be a bit patient with deliveries for which courier companies are responsible not them. They have brilliant products and services and are certainly not a scam!

A mixture of the oils and the wand
I have been using this product for a year and have seen no change to my skin, not only that, the oil is such a dark yellow color it has colored all my sheets and pillow cases as I apply of a night, I would never purchase this again.
The only thing I liked was the wand, I use my other oils that didn't cost the earth with.manjish oil
Immediately after purchase I was contacted for a review - now I know why - they knew what a horrible experience I was about to endure. They do not respond to emails and do not ship your package. I guess I will have to contact my credit card company although I am sure they will be non-compliant - they give off a really bad vibe. Stay away - they are creeps.

So far a very good experience. Products arrived promptly in a darling box and great packaging. Have only used a few days but the oils feel great on my face. Feel soft and moisturized but not heavy or greasy. I just turned 65 and have pretty good skin but knew I needed to up my game. Will review again after i have used a little longer.

Kansa Oil
The oil is very nice with a pleasant aroma. I really like the product, however the last shipment I received was damaged in transit. I emailed the Sales Dept starting on 12/23/19. I sent several emails and finally talked to a Rep once indicating they needed ‘time’ to reship. Today is 1/14/20 and I still have not received my replacement. I also stated if they send me a shipping label to return the damaged item for record. I am highly disappointed with their customer service and will not order from them direct again. I asked for a refund yet they still sit on this order. It’s not worth the headache since I had to go out and buy an alternative bottle from Sephora which works just as well.

Having used Ayurveda experience products before, I was excited when I ordered this duo. I had just the week before received the eye gel and butter. Unfortunately the carrier, DHL, delivered to my town and sent back the product without ever attempting to deliver to my home or contacting me. I ordered the product at the end of November and it took a round trip, ending up at it's starting point at the end of December. The communication between me and the ayurvedic experience was minimal. They only sent me links to DHL tracking which I already had and no one returned my calls. In the end I was only refunded part of my money with no explanation as to why and when I left a message, never received a call back and still no full refund. I am so disappointed in the customer service and even more disappointed that I never received my product. This whole experience has been a big downer. Good luck if you order. For me, over 100.00 is too much to spend for this mess up by DHL and the Ayurvedic experience.
We truly regret to know that your order couldn't be delivered by Fedex and It ended up being returned to our facilities. As per your request we, issued a refund for the order.

We hope you are loving the products!I have been using this product for a year and have seen no change to my skin, not only that, the oil is such a dark yellow color it has colored all my sheets and pillow cases as I apply of a night, I would never purchase this again
